You can reserve any of our three pavilions free of charge for the entire day.
North Park Field Rental
We have softball and baseball field rentals. To request a rental, please fill a form out and our staff will contact you soon.
Tony Dugas Recreation Center
We offer two rental options at The Tony Dugas Rec. Center; the main gym can accommodate up to 1,200 guests while the side room is perfect for smaller gatherings of up to 100 people.

The Pines Banquet Hall
Host your next celebration in the Ballroom where your guests can experience the lavish 120-inch projection TV! Tables and chairs are provided, but there is enough room for a dance floor if you and your guests prefer to enjoy our updated surround sound with Bluetooth compatibility. Max capacity of 125 guests.

L.M. Lockhart
We offer two rental options at L.M. Lockhart; the community center accommodates up to 120 people while the gym can hold approximately 300 people.

Pavilion Reservation Request
Pavilion Reservations are on a first come first served basis and are free to the public. Reservations can be made online using the form below and are processed Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM excluding holidays. Pavilion rental hours are from 7 AM until dark. Please note that both Approval and Denial PDFs are generated with each submission. The reservation status can be found in red at the top of the PDF as well as in the email response.
